GreatAutomate is a small, independent team building fast, honest PDF tools. We started because everyday tasks like merging a few scans, shrinking an attachment or signing a form meant installing heavy software or uploading files to sites covered in ads. We wanted one clean place that just works.

Our mission

Give anyone the PDF tools they need in a browser tab: no installs, no watermarks on your work, no dark patterns. Files are processed quickly, kept only as long as you need to download the result, then deleted automatically.

What we build

How we work

• Privacy by default. Files are processed in memory on our own servers, never sent to third-party processors, and results are deleted automatically. Read the Privacy Policy.
• Transparent billing. Prices are shown up front, subscriptions can be cancelled in one step, and refunds follow a written policy.
• Real support. A monitored inbox at [email protected], answered by the people who build the product.
• Fair use. The tools are for documents you have the right to work with. Abuse is handled under our Terms of Service.
